Payments & prices
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be available in your bank statement expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rates used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technologies. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade, so the entire payment process is performed on the pages of the payment card processor. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

Complaints, cancellation and refund
All our customers and users can at any time contact the email address booking@belgradewalkingtours.com as well as the phone +381 66 5091793 in case they have any question, complaint or order cancellation.
The service paid for by the client's card will be performed on the exact day/date chosen by the client, and the account will be debited at the time of booking, i.e. Payments and execution of transactions. After booking and payment, services cannot be canceled or refunded.
In case of cancellation of services by the merchant (Balkan Roads d.o.o.), the client is obliged to provide all necessary information in order to complete the transaction and for the company to issue a refund. The process itself can take up to 15 working days, depending on the client's bank and merchant. The costs of bank transactions and possible commissions are borne by the client.
In the case of a refund to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, Balkan Roads d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively using the payment method used during the purchase.
